“Faith’s past, that act of Jesus’ love which brought new life to the world, comes down to us through the memory of others — witnesses — and is kept alive in that one remembering subject which is the Church. The Church is a Mother who teaches us to speak the language of faith.”
Pope Francis, LUMEN FIDEI
Pflaum Gospel Weeklies
Following the three-year Lectionary cycle of the Sunday Gospels, lessons are revised and updated every year. This ensures that lessons are fresh, up-to-date, engaging, and reflect Church events as well as current issues and events in the world.
Every lesson is based on the Sunday Gospel, and students learn their faith within the rhythms and seasons of the Liturgical Year.
Every lesson goes home to involve parents (who hear the same Gospel at Sunday Mass), making it easier for them to discuss topics with their children.
Age-appropriate Catechism handbooks summarize the basic teachings of the Church.
Online resources include assessments at no extra charge.
